While out Christmas shopping, I might have picked up a few awesome little things for myself. (Little Cacti, $8 at Ikea, Awesome Leggings, $10 at Anthro)
I've been craving a wreath for our front door. So I made one out of Christmas tree branches from the lot we bought our tree at, paper clips, and some ribbon I had lying around. It's a little scraggly, but makes me happy all the same. :)
I'm getting slightly more ambitious with my knitting (very, very slightly), and I think I might try this pattern next. Especially since we're cold in our house all the time, and I do appreciate a practical project. :)
P.S. We went and got our tree today! It's up and (sparsely) decorated!
I started making Christmas ornaments last night! Hopefully they'll end up on a Christmas tree sometime soon.

It surprises me, the silly things I like sometimes.
Sometimes, I think it's just because I'm procrastinating.
Also, these would be so easy to recreate.
In other shoe news, TOMS just came out with a new, water-proof (or at least mostly water-proof) shoe, that I'm considering for a distant-future purchase.
