Hobbies I haven't really tried yet but am planning on taking a stab at:

Embroidery.


I've got my room all unpacked (except my craft supplies, which are sort of awkwardly organized and I'm going to try and fix tomorrow), so I feel like I can finally start making stuff again.

I think it's silly when people post their grades on facebook.

That said, I'm really happy with how I did this quarter, especially in my Political Science classes (I'm hoping to apply to the Political Science Honors Department next year, and I've finally pulled by PolS GPA up high enough to be considered).


Day camp starts tomorrow, which means that summer is finally, really, here. I'm excited to meet my campers. :)

Favorite Bands (Right Now).

My dad got me hooked on CBC Radio 3 podcasts a little while ago (specifically Grant Lawrence's and the R3-30 charts with Craig Norris). And then I discovered they have a website where you can listen to a whole bunch of Canadian music without actually spending money or breaking actual illegal downloading laws. Which is just fantastic. And I've learned that I love Metric and the Weakerthans a lot.

In other news, I'm moving back home for the summer tomorrow, and have still got ungodly amounts of packing to do, and very little motivation to do it with.

Also, I was working the nutdriver cart vacuum check out desk while writing this blog post, so it took me, literally, hours to write it.

I am living here next year.
